Congratulations to survey department manager Toynia Gibbs, PLS for her appointment to the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors (NCBEES). On Dec 20, Gov. Roy Cooper appointed Toynia to a 5-year term with a possible 5-year renewal. Toynia makes history as the first female surveyor to serve on the NCBEES.

City of Brentwood Adopts Windy Hill Park Master Plan

Adopted last week, the park master plan focuses on passive recreation and includes a 10-foot-wide paved trail system, workout stations, a playground, historical education signage, covered and open picnic shelters, restrooms, and parking.
