Wellmore operates three premiere assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. Each 10-acre campus includes five multi-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse and wellness center, courtyards, gardens, outdoor kitchens and patios, water features, parking, loop roads, and associated infrastructure.
In addition to decorative entry areas and formal gardens, campus grounds also include rehabilitation gardens with interactive memory stations, hardscapes that mimic stairs, and trails that connect to the surrounding community’s existing public sidewalk network.
Engineering design included stormwater management, erosion control, utility coordination, and off-site improvements to SCDOT roadways.
