Baseball Complex • Inclusive Play Area

To fulfill the Town of Fort Mill’s vision for a regional league and tournament ballpark, Banks Athletic Park is being developed on a 25-acre site previously donated to the town in a public-private partnership with Lennar Homes. 

This fully ADA-accessible park includes four baseball/softball fields, score tower, concession stand, two restroom facilities, inclusive playground, regulation outdoor basketball court, large picnic shelter for cookouts and outdoor events, two large parking lots, and maintenance facilities.

The inclusive play area, designed in partnership with Cunningham Associates Gametime and funded by private grant, features a 12,000-square-foot Miracle playground with colorful, durable, low-maintenance ADA-accessible play structures to promote movement and provide an enclosed, safe place to play.
