    ESP was responsible for planning, design, permitting, geotechnical evaluation, and construction and materials testing for a 28,000 square foot service center and office building located on 7.5 acres. Site evaluation was performed for the developer and end-user for logistics of the site as well as grading, utilities, and other infrastructure.

    The Continental Tire project consisted of the construction of a 70,000 square-foot office/warehouse facility, associated parking, loading docks and infrastructure. ESP provided geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and special inspection services.

    ESP performed civil site planning, design and permitting for Phases I-IV including eight buildings (to date) for a 21.5-acre industrial office park. The total square footage of office space is approximately 65,000 square feet with approximately 100,000 additional square feet under design.
