    Highway 51 Gravity Sewer

    ESP contracted with York County, South Carolina to prepare design documents for a 15,000 linear foot gravity sanitary sewer project in the Fort Mill, SC area. This project included the design of gravity sewer line, two SCDOT roadway crossings, removal of four existing pump stations, a railroad crossing, and a 1,000 linear foot tunnel.

    The Franklin Water Treatment Plant project consisted of the addition of several new water treatment facility structures. Our services to date have included the evaluation of subsurface soil conditions in order to evaluate their suitability for the proposed construction.

  • Pleasant Knoll Middle School

    Pleasant Knoll Middle School

    This project included the design, permitting, and final certification of approximately 525 linear feet of 12" water main along Pleasant Road. ESP also provided services for a new 150,000 sq. ft., multi-story school facility, field house, athletic fields, access drives and parking, offsite roadway improvements, three permanent water quality ponds, retaining walls, and a pedestrian bridge.

    ESP was responsible for the design and permitting of a wastewater pumping systems and public water system in York County to serve 731 single family lots and associated amenity area within the Carolina Orchards planned residential development located along Springfield Parkway and York Southern Road.

    ESP provided construction materials testing during the replacement of primary clarifier mechanisms, installation of new odor control covers, scum pumping systems, collection improvements and manhole and associated piping replacements.

    ESP was responsible for the design and permitting of the public water system and wastewater pumping system to serve 161 single family lots and associated amenity area within the Hawks Creek planned residential development.
