Situational Preparedness and Response Tracking Application (SPARTA)

ESP developed an interactive dashboard that collects information from 100+ counties and state agencies through WebEOC and displays the real-time data on an interactive map dashboard. State agencies can quickly and easily access logistics, operations, and impact; resource requests, county demographics, and real-time flooding, traffic and radar feeds.

    iRISK Risk Assessment and Communication

ESP developed the iRISK interactive map viewer that displays multi-hazard risk at the property level. ESP innovations include custom SQL views and stored procedures to calculate ‘hot spots’ that help county planners to visualize and prioritize locations for mitigation actions.

  • ReadyNC

The ReadyNC application is an online tool for emergency preparedness outreach to the general public. ESP supported migrating the website to support web accessibility guidelines including support for automated screen readers, high contrast tools for users with impaired vision, and a Spanish version of site content, and developed online content management tools.

Emergency managers face critical decisions where situational awareness is vital. Quick access to accurate data, displayed in a user friendly manner, allows for a range of options to be examined fitting the situation. ESP builds integrated, digital display database and web-based systems to store and display natural hazard risks to the public, community officials and decision makers.

ESP specializes in building solutions to integrate hazard information across data platforms, such as WebEOC and Esri.
