David Dickey Joins ESP as Chief Executive Officer

ESP is delighted to announce that Dave Dickey joined the firm as our new Chief Executive Officer on January 25, 2024. A certified planner with a background in engineering and geology, Dave brings more than 35 years of experience in leadership and strategic growth. Having served in senior and executive leadership roles within the A/E/C community, Dave is known for his expertise in developing vision and strategy and providing decisive leadership. Dave’s tenure begins immediately as he assumes leadership from ESP’s long-time President, Joe Hendrick, as part of a strategic succession plan initiated in 2017 when ESP partnered with Strength Capital. “After more than 37 years at ESP and nearly 25 years as President, I am deeply humbled and incredibly proud of the way ESP has adapted and innovated to ensure we remain a trusted partner for our clients and communities,” said Joe. “It has been an honor to lead this organization, and I know Dave Dickey’s leadership will take ESP to even greater heights as we continue to grow and provide opportunity to our team members for many years to come.” We are excited to celebrate this exciting new chapter at ESP and look forward to the continued growth across our team of companies!­­­­
