ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician in our Raleigh, NC office. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software along with responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems and determining and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

-Associates Degree and/or 2+ years of experience in computer systems or corporate IT support
-Experience with workstations, cell phones, printing systems, hardware and software repairs
-Experience with Lan/Wan support, Server 2008 R2, 2012 r2 and 2016
-Experience with Hyper-V software
-Good verbal and communication skills
-Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Bentley software, VPN access and large-scale plotting systems preferred

Remote support to additional ESP offices and extended hours are possible in this role.
